My name is Taylor Benavidez and I am a Certified Personal Trainer. I Completed 6 years in the Army as an Infantryman Sergeant and have been in love with fitness and exercise for as long as I can remember. After completion of my service, I went back to school at Grand Valley State University for a Bachelors in Exercise Science.
